**Sheena**: I am a mother of 3 wonderful boys (5, 3 and newborn) and this blog is a combination of my passion of natural health, exercise, accessories and a little something girl. I started this journey with my BA Degree in Business, and have always dreamed of owning my own business. I continued down this path as I learned foot zone therapy and began working to help people find health. From there it just continued and I have found that I love sharing all the fun things I continue to learn such as essential oils, herbs, and exercise. The accessories I have are my girly outlet and addiction. My husband will only let me purchase a new bag if I get rid of one if that tells you anything about how much I love bags, and other accessories. But what girl doesn't right.
